42 The Consultation الشورى Ash-Shuraa 4 4276 لَهُۥ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَلِىُّ ٱلْعَظِيمُ "To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth.
