173 14910 Sahih Muslim 34 4981 The Book on Government - كتاب الإمارة "20021 11269 19" "حدثنا عبد الله بن مسلمة بن قعنب، حدثنا حماد بن سلمة، عن ثابت، عن أنس، بن مالك قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏""‏ لغدوة في سبيل الله أو روحة خير من الدنيا وما فيها ‏""‏ ‏.‏" It has been narrated on the authority of Anas b. Malik that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: Leaving (for Jihad) in the way of Allah in the morning or in the evening (will merit a reward) better than the world and all that is in it.
